Discovery call (free).

30 minutes. You explain what's going on. We ask questions. By the end, we'll both know if there's a project here.

Scoped proposal.

Within a week, you get a written proposal: what we'll build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what success looks like. Flat fee, not hourly. No surprise invoices.

Build, train, and support.

We ship the work in agreed milestones, train your team, and stay available for questions. Most projects include 30 days of post-launch support; ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer.

Common questions

Will AI replace my team?

No, and that's not what we build. We build AI that handles the boring parts so your team can do the work only humans can do.

Is my data safe?

We use enterprise-grade providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and follow their security guidelines. We can also build with self-hosted models when data privacy is critical. Either way, we'll explain exactly how your data is handled before we build anything.

What if AI gives a wrong answer to a customer?

We design AI tools with guardrails: what they can answer, what they hand off to a human, and how they admit when they don't know. No system is perfect, but a well-built one is more reliable than the alternative it's replacing.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. We translate. You explain the problem in plain language, we explain the solution the same way. The whole point is that you don't have to become a technologist to benefit from this.

What size businesses do you work with?

Most of our clients are small businesses with 1-50 employees. We've also worked with solo operators and mid-sized teams. If your business has a problem that a computer could help solve, we can probably help.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That's what the discovery call is for. Most clients come to us with a problem, not a solution. Figuring out what to build is half the work.

What exactly is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that can handle multi-step tasks on its own, following rules you set. Instead of just answering a question or filling in a template, an agent can take a customer inquiry, look up their account, draft a response, and flag it for review, all without someone manually doing each step. It's the difference between a tool you use and a tool that works for you.

Can I trust an AI agent to interact with my customers?

We build agents with clear guardrails: what they can handle, what gets escalated to a human, and how they respond when they're unsure. You approve the rules before anything goes live. Most clients start with internal tasks first, then expand to customer-facing work once they're comfortable with how the agent performs.

What happens when an AI agent makes a mistake?

The same thing that happens when any system makes a mistake: you catch it, learn from it, and tighten the rules. We build in human review checkpoints for high-stakes decisions, logging so you can see exactly what the agent did and why, and easy controls to adjust behavior. No agent ships without a safety net.
